National Geophysical Research Institute (NGRI) is a premier research Institute under Council
Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR). It is actively involved in multidisciplinary R&D programs in earth Science. It is playing a pivotal role in exploration for hydrocarbons, minerals and ground water resources, engineering geophysics, seismology and geodynamic studies. It has excellent facilities in all the above disciplines.

Applications are invited for the follwing posts in NGRI :

Technician Group II (1) - 21 posts (UR-10, SC-1, ST-5, OBC-5), Pay Scale : PB1 Rs.5200-20200, Grade Pay: Rs.1900 ), Age : 28 years as on 21/08/2009

Application Form : Applications may be submitted on plain paper, neatly typed on only one side, superscribed by “Application for the post of Technician Group II (1) with Post Number against NGRI Advertisement No. 1/2009” in the prescribed format should be sent so as to reach the Controller of Administration, NGRI, Hyderabad-500606, on or before 21st August, 2009.
