The Biju Patnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Orissa with its headquarters in Rourkela is now looking for the following senior administrative positions :
(i) Registrar - 1 Rs.16400-450-22400/-
(ii) Director Examination - 1 Rs.16400-450-22400/-
(iii) Director Placement & Industrial Training - 1 Rs.16400-450-22400/-
(iv) Dy. Registrar - 1 Rs. 12000-420-18300/-
(v) Dy. Director Examination - 2 Rs. 12000-420-18300/-
The applications in the prescribed format (available in our website i.e www. bput.org ) are invited from eligible Indian nationals for the above posts and pay scale indicated in each category. The pay scales and other allowances are likely to get upgraded by the Government in line with the recommendation of the Sixth Pay Commission.
How to Apply - Application should be enclose two passport size photographs and one A/c payee DD for Rs. 500/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ ST candidates) in favour of Biju Patnaik University of Technology, drawn on any Nationalized Bank, payable at Rourkela. A candidate is required to submit a separate application for each post.
Eligibility :
(A) For Registrar/ Director Examination/ Director Placement & Industrial Training Ph.D degree with first class (or equivalent) at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in engineering/ management / applied sciences with fifteen (15) years of experience in Teaching/ Research and significant professional work. They should possess at least 3 years of experience as Professor in a recognized institution or at senior level comparable to that of a Professor.
(B) For Dy. Registrar / Dy. Director Examination
Ph.D degree with first class (or equivalent) at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in engineering/ management / applied sciences discipline with eight (8) years of experience in Teaching/ Research and significant professional work. They should be occupying the position of a Reader in a recognized institution or at a senior level comparable to that of a Reader.
