Suitable candidates are invited for WALK-IN-INTERVIEW for appointment and making panel for the following posts for the project “HIV Sentinel Surveillance, NACO-Regional Institute: East,” in connection with the countrywide HIV Sentinel Surveillance conducted by the National AIDS Control Organization under Dr. M.K. Saha, Coordinator NACO-RI : East, Scientist ‘D’ of this Institute :-

1. Senior Research Officer - 1
Essential :- MBBS/M Tech/M Sc (1st Class) with 4 years research/ teaching experience in Public Health / Epidemiology / HIV-AIDS
Desirable :- M.D./Ph.D. in relevant subject Post doctoral research/ teaching in relevant subjects
Knowledge of computer applications

2. Research Officer (Field) - 1
Essential :- MBBS/M Tech/M Sc (1st Class)
Desirable :- M.D./Ph.D. in relevant subject 3 yrs. Teaching/training experience in Public Health/Epidemiology/HIV-AIDS Knowledge of computer applications

3.Research Officer (Laboratory) -1 Essential :- MBBS/M Tech/M Sc (1st Class)
Desirable :- MD/Ph.D. in relevant subject 3 yrs. Teaching/training experience in Public Health/HIV-AIDS Lab. Knowledge of computer applications

N.B. Age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PH Candidates as per Govt. of India Rules. Age may be relaxed for experienced candidate.

Note :- The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Candidates fulfilling the above criteria may report to the Administrative Officer, along with Bio-data showing academic record from Matriculation onward, experience, recent passport size photograph and attested copies of relevant certificates, for the interview as per details given below :-
